Panama on $1,865/month


A full time maid only costs $175/month. Dinner for two with a bottle of wine is only $30.

Mexico on $2,129/month

Utilities such as electricity, gas, water, phone, cable, and Internet only add up to $220/month. Downside: Violent crime.
