When you're a kid, school being cancelled is pretty much the greatest thing you can possibly fathom.  Which is why this video is so mean AND so great.

Some bus driver decided to prank a bunch of students by stopping the bus, and announcing that a water main broke at the school, and they'd all get to go home.

Then after they'd sufficiently screamed their faces off and high-fived each other . . . he told them it was an April Fools' Day prank.  For some reason, the video just found its way on to YouTube...

Do you ever fantasize about getting your boss fired?  Well, "Forbes" magazine talked to five different career coaches, and they all agreed that about 90% of people who TRY it end up failing.  And obviously it's risky.

But if you're hoping to be one of the 10% who succeed, they do offer some tips on how to go about it.  Here are the four that are most crucial.

1.  Become a Valuable Member of the Staff.  If you haven't been there long or you're still entry-level, you pretty much have zero chance of getting your boss fired . . . unless of course he sexually harasses you or something.

In reality, you have to have at least SOME clout if you're planning to go over his head and talk to management about how bad he is.  Otherwise, they won't listen.

2.  Gather Allies.  Meaning, find co-workers who feel the same as you do, and see if they'll talk to upper management WITH you.  If you approach it as a group, there's a much higher chance you'll succeed, and less of a chance YOU'LL get fired. 

3.  Keep Your Emotions in Check.  If you make it sound like a personal issue, your boss probably won't get canned for it.

But if you can clearly explain why your boss is unprofessional . . . or better yet, why he's costing the company money . . . you might have a case.

4.  Be Patient.  Even if you make a strong argument for why your boss should be let go, it probably won't happen quickly.  If anything, they'll keep an eye on him and see if the points you made were actually valid.  Since most companies don't like firing upper-level employees, it can take YEARS.  (Forbes)

Earlier this week, we heard a statistic about how four out of five women LIE to their boyfriend or husband.  Obviously, lying is bad news for a relationship.  But here are five other habits that ALSO ruin relationships . . .

1.  Criticizing Their Family.  If you don't get along with someone's family, it doesn't have to be a dealbreaker.  But constantly REMINDING them isn't going to help.  Even if THEY think their relatives are crazy, no one likes to hear their family being bad-mouthed.

2.  Spying.  If you're keeping constant surveillance on their Facebook, Twitter, or email . . . STOP.  Obviously it's creepy, but you're also likely to overanalyze things and do more harm than good.  Although if you're already at this point, your relationship may already be ruined.

3.  Letting Yourself Go.  It's bad for your health and overall well-being, and it sends a bad message to your partner . . . like, if you stop caring about yourself, you might have stopped caring about THEM, too.

4.  Fighting In Public.  It's natural to have the occasional argument, but fights that regularly spill out into the open are embarrassing, and rude to the people around you.

5.  Allowing Problems To Fester.  On the flip-side, biting your tongue and allowing problems to fester is just as bad fighting every chance you get.  Basically, good communication is the most important part of a successful relationship.
